The CD1DX MK III body offers access to all functions of the Canon EOS 1DX/DC MK III. Start and stop of the video function can be operated from the right hand grip. The ergonomics are therefore also unsurpassed for this housing. We are the only manufacturer to offer access to the start/stop of the video function for the EOS 1DX/C, specially optimized.
The camera is guided precisely on a special slide, installation errors are excluded. An oversized O-ring and the SUBAL QuickLock closure system, which prevents accidental pinching of the O-ring, ensure maximum safety. The well-shaded monitor window offers a glare-free view of the brilliant image on the camera monitor and thus ideally supports the camera’s HD video function. Threads on the base allow for the attachment of rails etc. Light pilot lights can be attached to the top accessory shoe. The most extensive equipment is complemented by an excellent viewfinder optics. Optionally, both the magnifying GS 180 viewfinder optics and the likewise magnifying, 360° rotatable, WS 45 viewfinder optics with an angle of less than 45° can be installed.
Material selection, processing, surface protection and finish correspond to the usual level of quality that has led to the proverbial reliability of SUBAL products.
All SUBAL front ports with a bayonet connection can be used on this housing!
